ORDER INFORMATION

Once placing your order no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you find you have entered the incorrect shipping details please email us ASAP at info@portionshop.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We are happy to exchange or refund your product if you change your mind. Our product has 100% money back Guarantee. We accept and refund for open bottles as well

Once your return is received at our warehouse, you will be issued with a refund or replacement product will be sent out to you free

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

Send your item/s back to the address below via a trusted post method as we are unable to take responsibility for lost parcels. Signature on delivery is recommended.

At Portionshop we pride ourselves on hand checking every item and thoroughly inspecting, all goods before they are sent out to you.

We offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection of products.

AFTERPAY AND ZIPPAY

If you wish to return your product/s or change of mind you are eligible for full refund, credit or replaced product. When waiting for your item to be returned to our Warehouse please continue to pay your payments.

HOW DO I PAY?

Payment methods accepted are Paypal, Credit Card (via Paypal, you do not need a Paypal account) and Afterpay (shop now – pay later!).

Afterpay offers Portionshop customers the ability to receive their purchase immediately and make interest free repayments later. All you need is a debit or credit card for instant approval. The credit or debit card you provide will be automatically charged on the due dates of your invoice or log in to the customer portal to repay with an alternative method. Just click Afterpay at checkout, create your account and confirm your purchase. Afterpay pays us on your behalf, your order is processed and packed and sent. You pay back Afterpay via your chosen automatic debit at the times set out in their repayment agreements. No interest and it’s easy!
