BN Cal is a source of calcium. Adequate dietary calcium after Gastric Sleeve and Roux en Y Bypass is imperative to maximise bone mineral density and protect against Osteoporosis.  After WLS, calcium absorption is affected for life, and women's calcium requirements are increased after menopause also, so needs for daily calcium intake increase again over each stage of the lifespan.

BN Cal provides 200mg of elemental calcium per tablet and we recommend 2-5 tablets daily.

Calcium is a mineral required for muscle contraction (including the heart) and supports the health and function of the nervous system.

Calcium and Vitamin D are complementary, and we’ve created a chewable tablet to assist it’s absorption after Bariatric Procedures, with Calcium Citrate and Colecalciferol forms of nutrients which may assist in the prevention of Calcium deficiency when dietary intakes are inadequate. Correct levels of daily calcium is  especially important as age increases

BN Cal comes in versatile smaller does, so you can take regular doses to keep up your Calcium Citrate intake.

The creamy chocolate taste makes it an enjoyable way to meet your Calcium and Vitamin D needs every day of your WLS journey.

Each chewable tablet contains: Calcium citrate tetrahydrate 948mg
Equiv. Calcium 200mg Colecalciferol 4.1micrograms (Vitamin D 164IU)
Contains Lactose and Fructose.
Products containing mannitol and xylitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhea. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate

Your ability to absorb vitamins post surgery has forever changed. Calcium absorption is one of the key changes, see your Bariatric Dietitian for a recommendation of daily dose.

Congratulations on taking the next step in meeting your health goals with BN Multi's
