Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

1 ½ cups almond meal
½ cup chocolate protein powder (such as BN Slim - Chocolate)
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup cacao powder
½ tsp baking powder
3 eggs
½ cup olive oil
½ cup almond or coconut milk
½ cup honey/maple syrup

Method

  • Step 1

    Preheat over to 180° C

  • Step 2

    Mix all dry ingredients

  • Step 3

    Beat eggs and combine with olive oil in a bowl

  • Step 4

    maple syrup

  • Step 5

    Mix wet and dry ingredients well

  • Step 6

    Use a friand tin to provide a small portion size

  • Step 7

    Cook for 12-15 minutes

  • Step 8

    Freeze in groups of 2 (one serve)
